RETURNS INFORMATION


You've changed your mind and no longer want or require your product?

We have a 30-day period when you can send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt of the products for a refund if you have received your order and during this time you have either changed your mind or you no longer require the product(s). You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees, so we advise sending the item(s) to us fully insured and tracked to avoid any problems with loss or damage during the return process.

Additionally, a 10% handling fee will be applied to your refund because we have to inspect and replenish every returned item. We advise using parcel2go for return postage because they provide a wide choice of cheap costs for parcel delivery services.

The original, unopened, and undamaged packaging for each item being returned, along with all accessories and manuals, are required. The item must be undamaged, in perfect functioning order, and without any marks. If the product shows evidence of use, wear, is missing parts, or has been used in any way, we reserve the right to deny any return.


For the benefit of our returns department's quick and effective processing, please make sure you fill out the returns form and provide a copy with your returned item.

Would you like to cancel your order?

Before your order begins processing, we have a brief 20-minute window during which we can cancel it. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by emailing sales@ledfirstchoice.co.uk or phoning 01562 261026. We will make the necessary arrangements for you to cancel the order if the processing stage has not yet begun.


Is your product not working as you expected?

Please contact us via our contact form, email address, or phone number if you discover that an item you bought from us is not performing as expected or as stated. Our customer service team would be pleased to assist you.

All of our goods come with a manufacturer's guarantee that lasts at least 12 months and covers any flaws in materials or workmanship under regular use. Please get in touch with our customer support staff, who are available to help you if you have any questions.
